dreambox 800,just tweaking sats ,when power went off and wont come back on,possible power burnt out,leaving it unplugged for the day,are the power supplies available

power cable is ok,green light on,looked inside cant see anything obvious blown

tried new power lead ,still no life,anyone know what normally goes on the 800 ,or could it be anything

you have to make sure the box is shut down correctly. did you do this?

put the power supply in, take it out the back in again, do this untill the red led comes on at the front.

if that doesnt work can you tell me what happens when you power the box up. 2 solid led lights at the ethernet port?

couldnt shut it down,red light flashed ,went off ,no power light anywhere,power lead has gree light on
