    missing some channels

    sorry i am new to this i have got most channels i want except sp1. got sp2 and sp3hd and most sly films hd .sp1 comes up as tune failed anyone help please

      You could try doing a rescan

          was told by supplier on c/s not to do a scan

              Look up the frequencies on King of Sat and just scan the tp's for the channels you are missing

                  are you sure he didn't say not to do a reflash or reset..

                  scanning satellites wont effect anything
