Renewal signal for Aljazera Sport Irdeto

I have been running my Aljazeera Sport Irdeto card with Scam for a year, and it is time to renew it. It seems that it does not get the renewal signal.

Should getting the renewal signal work with Scam, using 3.59?
Should I try another software cam?

Maybe if you email the shop and ask them to resend the activication code it might work the second time ( I had to do this once and it worked the second time )
