dm800 boot problem

hi all, looking for a little advice,got a dm800 was working fine but for some reason it is in a boot loop,starts to boot then shuts down then starts to reboot,reflashed it still same ,the only way it will boot is if i remove the tuner. and yes ive tryed a working tuner, any ideas welcome thanks in advance
