DM8000HD with ferrari suden dead?

I just got my new DM8000HD with ferrari sim. The DM8000HD is suddenly dead. Just going setting the menu to set things right for the first time. Everything was ok?. Than suddenly the display went out and above the push/on button there was a blue light flashing. I try to set it on again but no display only blue flashing light after pushing the on button on the remote. After a while the box went on again. Restarting. Than I try to set uo the box and it went down again. I think it is getting hot somewhere and shutting down after 10 minutes or so.
Please help me out, don`t know what to do.

Contact the seller and get a refund/get it replaced....

I have to send it to China.
It is working now with the latest ferrai image on the second tuner B.

Suddenly it fell out again. When I take the box and move it a little it go on try to boot and fell out. It seems something with the power-supply. The power-cable is ok?. It looks that I have to send it to the ferrari team for reparation or exchange for a new one.

I had contact with Ferrari and I may open it to check the power supply. Guaranty is no problem for Ferrari. If it is simple a bad solder contact or so I fix it myself. If not I can send it back for repair.

Power supply is defect. The hot side of the power supply is ok? but further on no Voltage. I already mailed with them to send me an other power-supply.
This can happen with any box. I have fixed several Humax5400 with power supply problems.

HOW DID YOU SETUP THE BOX. I AM NEW IN DREAMBOX AND I HAVE JUST BOUGHT ONE

My other Ferrari DM8000HD was defect. When you zap it boots.
They send me a new one and it is ok?. After a week they send me a mail that they discover a multifunction in the PSU and send me one more.
