Can I ask where you got your M tuner from and how much you paid?

Seen them on ebay and ukdreamshop for around 35 to 40 quid.

    Cheers.

Same fan m8.. Not checked if it's running cooler as it was never a issue in the first place tbh..

Got 5 from yaoxin.. Me and a few mates who needed them chipped in, think it worked out around ?30 each..

All went to 100% ish.. And like I said, yaoxin (who r prob the biggest suppliers) said there's know difference.. Not saying there isn't on the really older revs mind..

Its a small price to pay for what it does. But they should of had these from the start tbf

i have left a note on another thread, witch says,
why do i lose certain channels on certain days.
my ber rate is up on 28e, hd channels forget them.

0.8w hd channels ok snr high ber no
              same as 13.e and 19.2e.

i seem to struggle only on 28e,
that cant be a set up at the dish?
changed the lnb, tried with/wiyhout in line amp, no diffrence.

it is doing the old grey matter in!!!

why do i lose certain channels on certain days.

Is it approx the same time, same day same channels M8? Years ago we had a customer sending us mad with loosing channels but only in the evening - turned out to be some trucker parking his 40+foot artic right in line with her aerial while he was "sorting" one of his "road angels"!!

If it's only on 28e then it's gotta be with your dish set-up unless you have a trucker nearby as well!!!???? Have you got any trees/hedges grown? what sort of signal strength is your box showing? can you try a different receiver?

that cant be a set up at the dish?

Why not? if it's not aligned "to track the arc" it will show up only on one sat

changed the lnb, tried with/wiyhout in line amp, no diffrence.

would not think LNB mate I'd look/check more the alignment of dish are you motorised or have several LNB's on end of arm?
Have these problems always been there or is it since gales/bad weather?

it is doing the old grey matter in!!!

Know that feeling very well but don't have to worry much now as most of it has gone now!!!?????

Best wishes to you and all - keep us posted on what cure you find please M8

decoder, thanks for your reply, it was my dish allignment.
the pole had moved, not much though, and was throwing it out a load by the time it got to 28.e.
bit of tweaking and its fine now.
i did change the lnb for good measure, was cheap enough anyway.

as for the grey matter, going to start calling it a tint.

                            REV: M Tuner

I recieved My Rev:M PRO Tuner today and I tested it with my Rev:J motherboard (DM800HD)& the result is amazing, higher signal (eg. from 60 to 76) and no more glitching on certain HD channels on 28.2E (like Discovery HD).
Highly recomended with this type of motherboard, now it`s working like an original Dreambox.

                                Dm800 pro glitching/freezing

                                Hi
Wonder if anyone can help. I've just recently bought a dm800 pro
I have it connected to a sky mini dish and virgin broadband. I'm using a netgear router.
Freesat channels are averaging 92% snr but sly channels hd are aprox averaging 71% with a few slightly lower.
Sometimes I can go 20 mins without too much glitching but all of a sudden it starts stuttering and occasionally freezes.
The dish and cable are about 8 years old and havnt seen any use for a while.
I've read on here about my box being glitch free.
What's the problem with mine then? Is it the dish and cable?
                                Or my Internet set up?
