Rytec Uk just crashed mine so its not your box Daz.

if you look at the crash log it says tune

I'm not sure about what it says there, but with epg's (Rytec/Satmate) they do seem to have ahabit off causing crashes, i have not been able to download Rytec 28e since the weekend so i think something possibly up at Rytec end not your's.

There's lots of reports of proplems with the Rytec epg at the moment.

there is nothing wrong with the actual rytec data source as the commando12 dm500s NeuXmlEPG plugin is downloading and processing the data source error free. it may be the conversion from the rytec data source to the rytec enigma database .dat files.
