DM800 USB Flash Drive

Hi. Can anyone reccomend a good USB flash drive to use with my DM800 for recording.
I used an old maxtor (400GB) drive, works fine on SD playback but stutters badly on HD playback.

Whats the best drive to use to cope with HD recording, thanks.

Hi mate,
I'm using a Maxtor Basics 500gb. usb.
HD recording is perfect on it
This runs at 7200 rpm, anything less than this will cause lagging on hd recordings.

hi thanks for your reply. Brought a Iomega 1TB usb drive, 7200RPM last night, but cant get it to mount.

It shows up in device manager, i formatted it. Restarted box, back to device manager. Drive showing Not Mapped. Selected mount point, set drive as usb/hdd, saved and restarted.
Went back to device manager, drive still showing as Not Mapped, tried several more times but just cant mount the thing.

Any ideas what to do from here?
