    DM800 Clone, Tuner A empty

    Hi,
    Tuner A EMPTY!!!!! It seems to be a general problem for many and also sometimes dm800 orginal users. I think for those who had this problem they know what is happening with tuner at boot up. So I am not going to details. I have this problem with my 1 week old dm800 clone BL76. This problem occures with gemini 5.01 and then was solved with blackhole and then now again
    Could anyone please tell me if he or she got this problem solved as software problem or hardware?

      Are there any software updating on website you bought the clone dreambox? For us, we are also a clone one provider, and we will update the softwares when there's a bug or fail. Maybe you could check it in this way?

          Thanks for reply. I bought it from a retailer in sweden and I know the box shipped from Hong Kong and I think complaining to seller wont help!! so I should deal with it. What is actually very strange is that I cant understand really where this problem coming from. one morning works and next day no tuner!!!!!! I removed the card out and I tighten it in again however I found out almost all the screws were loose!!!!!!! and a fresh reflash again with nabilo pure flash and multiboot with nabilo v12. after two restart tuner was found!!!! right now is working but no one know after one restart what will happen!!!!! I dont understand!!! Could you please tell me about software update that you mentioned. I have nabilo 12 in USB meo multiboot. because i have bad experience with my old DB7000 updating image in usb which nothing after that was working. Please let me know more about it. Thank you

              Never had this prob meself with my clone
              But my clone has the fan removed and is on 24/7 all the time
              No need for rebooting and it runs swet as a nut now
              Just get it running and leave it as it is .............Paul

                  Yes, this is exactely what I am doing. I installed a fan under top cover of box which removes the hot air out of the box and always on standby instead of shutdown. So far is working in a cool temperature but any shutdown may put me again in tuner problem. Merry chrismas and cheers
