Dreambox 800HD PVR and mortor set up

I am trying to set up channels with my new dreambox 800HD PVR . 13.0 E, 19.2 E and 5.0/4.8 E are all ok using the advanced option without USALS.
The main issue I have is that, tuner cannot detect e.g. 1W and 5W and some other sats on the east. I even used my 500S to drive the motor to exactly 1W, but when I used the 800HD it shows no signal. Any help?

can u not try serch for the strongest transponder for that sat,when found then fine move it until a good signal is there then store that position not using usals
