dm800hd problem

hi all hope someone can help me out here.got a dm800hd with gemini on it been great for the first few weeks then started freezing up so i reflashed it with pli enigma2 sims201 bl76d installed Cccam and put my cline in updated firmware xml files but cant watch any premium channels any help plz
