Internet for dreambox through laptop 3g usb

Nobody gives settings to set up the dreambox to connect to a usb dongle in a laptop. How far out am i?

dreambox
Ip 192.168.137.2
sub 255.255.255.0
def gateway 192.168.137.1

local area network laptop
ip 192.168.137.1
sub 255.255.255.0

preferred dns server same as on usb dongle.

then on sharing tab in usb dongle properties click
allow other network users to connect through this computers internet connection.

Any help please?
