    Missing a block of transponders

I am missing a load of channels on my new DM500s with a Pli-jade image after a full scan using the latest xml file.
I noticed that the missing channels (e.g BBC One) are all on the low end transponders i.e those at the beginning of the xml file. Also while watching the auto scan of 28.2E, although the scan starts around 107xx it is not until it gets to around 116xx that it starts to find any services.
I have a small raven dish with a quad lnb with two direct feeds to my dm500s. (both feeds give exactly the same problem).
If I swap back to my SLY + box using the same two feeds I can pick up all the missing channels without any problem. Am I correct in thinking that this problem (dish alignment ?) is only showing up on the DM500 as it has a weeker tuner than the pace box? Has anyone ideas of what I could try out before climbing up to the dish with my sat meter?

      Andy, Thanks.
Just updated my bouquets and was able to view my "missing channels".
Is that a common problem where you can view channels using a bouquet created else where that you could not find by scaning them for yourself?

Dont ask me mate why they keep moving channels and frequencies but they do.
Guess we lucky we have people like Sgtflipflop and Catseyes updating the bouquets for us so keep an eye on them especially when you lose the odd channel.
