ive been away for a while so sorry if ive posted these questins

ok here we go
ive got most channels but no sports or movies /kids etc etc
ive gone into DCC edited ccam with boxkey to what i belive to be right
can someone give example of 16 digit numbers just so i no if its right co i have 2 bar codes on bottom of hd box
ive deleated the symbol if ive enterd right numbers but still none of the above channels
when i connected to the net and serched for ip address in DCC router and DM came back the same so i have changed last number by plus 1 router .35 and DM would be .34
is this the right thing to do
now if i understand it right DCHP should be ticked is this right or not if so how do i find it on my DM
i just want to get my card workin fully is the first step
then i want to get it going in bed room
