How to remove the fan from a Dm800?

Hi,

The fan on my dm800 has gone noisy. I want to take it out and put some WD or 3 in 1 oil in it and put it back.

However not sure how to remove it. The tuner sits on a PCB and the fan sits on top of it. I've stripped it as far as I can, but I dunno how to remove the tuner. I dont want to use too much force in fear of breaking the damn thing.

Any ideas?

remove the back plate off the box and the tuner will just pull out as its a push fit
