Setting up motor on DM800

I cannot work out haw to manually store sats on a dm800 dream elite. I done mine ok using usals but when I put my mates usals in the dish goes miles out.His dm500 is set up manually for each sat and they get all picked up.How do you set the sat up maually on the DM800
