dreambox dm800hd

hi,
I have a 2tb external hard drive which i have split into 2x1tb.
It is formated to ntfs as i place wii games on one half.
When the wii is not used i want to connect this through the port on my dm800 so i can play or record movies. The Dreambox sees the drive.

Will it work if it is formatted to ntfs? please advise

dont think so. think it need to be ext3 which is linux?????

Yeah use a software called partician magic, that will do it and more if you want, but i dont know if the box will see it but i don't see why not ? i'm sure someone will answer........

i have partitioned half to ext03 and half to fat 32 but thr dreambox sees this as one whole one.Is there any way of gettin the dreambox to see just the ext03?

did you ever get this sorted? I had a spare 120gig HDD and thought i'd try to get it plugged in 2 record
