No CA found - Can't reflash with null-modem

Hi,

I have a really big problem.

My dm800 clone got a problem the other day and i needed to flash a new image. Flash went well but no i got the err01 No CA found...

i have tried all tutorials and readed allmost all posts on this subject but it isn't working. I have tried reflashing using null-modem cable and DreamUP. Tried all tutorials. DreamUP does not connect to dreambox and i get no box type in dreamUP.
The box seems totally dead.

This is what happens when i power up the box. I get the big Dream Multimedia logo and just a sec after i get the error. So there is no boot at all...

I'm so down at the moment about this. I really love this box and have no idea on how to get i to work...
Box does not get IP and not recognized in dreamUP.

Anyone knows what to do? I really need help with this i have tried everything!

have you tried dcc (dreambox control center) , and have you the latest version of dreamup http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums...-dreamup-1395/ all in the download section . good luck m8

I had tried the dreamup... the is no connection. about dcc... the dreambox get no ip so i can't user dcc ?

Is a direct computer to box connection, or are you using a USB to serial convertor?

I'm using direct computer to box... but i have also tested with usb... none working...

If you power up the box holding the off button on the front, do you get the stop screen?

Try Dreamup patched.

Nothing happend at all... patched version not working and get no stop message on screen... does never say anything like booting ... only dream multimedia and then the no CA found Error...

This error came when i installed new DreamElite 1.0 HD... from dream-elite.net ... Is there a timebomb in this image that destroys the clone box?

All flashing went well when i tried it.

you was ment to flash 76d bootloader on top of genuine image before reboot, providing you have sim2.01... i have a tut on here very easy to do if you read it right..!!

Okay so bootloader is missing or something... seems i have got it alive again by connecting to another dreambox with dreamup and then put the null-modem cable back into the none working box...

I have sim 2.01 and i will just use patched images from sim2.01 team ... they should include bootloader?

I would try Black hole 0.12 clone pathed image.

I had your same problems until i loaded the above image.
It has BL72 within the patched image.

Working great now.

put a 76d image on from sim2 team , dont worry bout b/l numbers , 76d will overwritw with a later b/l anyhow

no ca found by 2nd stage loader.

please assist me am out of patient now am realy mad with my system,can someone tell me if what am doing is wrong.
ihave used my original dm to dreamup and dreamup my broken dm,all the message i always get is NOCA FOUND BY 2ND STAGE LOADER,PLEASE CONTACT SUPPORT AT DREAM-MULTIMEDIAL.i can not contact dream multimedial because my box is 800hd clone,any help will be much appreciated.

You can't use an original image on a clone without the patched SSL. You need to flash an image with the correct SSL for your SIM.
