Maybe expand on the word froze. Do you mean that the channles are just black so you can't see them, in which case you might need to pair your card with the box via the boxkey - search the forum plenty about that.
If it's a clone DM800 you may need an inline amp - search the forum plenty on the forum about that.
Or do you meanyou watch for a few seconds and the picture just stops?
