how many clines can i have

can anybody help i have a dreambox800hd clone and black hole installed with image any way i have the ccam.cfg file the question is how many cline i have in there working say i have one in connectiong me to nilesat and another one which has eutlasat can i leave the both in there with out stopping either if i am going from sat to sat or do i have to stop one before i open the other
