Dreambox 800 fan

Replaced the fan in dreambox 800 clone it works ok till I screw it to the heatsink, as soon as it is screwed down fan stops.
Any ideas please guys

Get one of these coolers off the bay for next to nothing

thats what i use to, on all the time but great overall.

the fan you replaced is slightly different at a guess and no clearance for fan to turn,yep agreed cooler better option.
