is my d800 dead

hi guys i have tried all the possible fixes in the stickies getting error no ca found but when i reboot the box and hold the start button i dont even get an ip address still coming up saying dream multimedia error look at www.dm7020.com error no ca found i am using a clone d800 nabilo image but have tried several images but all saying file too big anything else that i can try guys all help apopreciated

dreamup 1334
null cable
network cable

connect null and network form pc to dream while dm is off
run dreamup 1334
press connnect
connect the power (anything wrong) just plug the power off then on untill the blue bar run
after transfering the boot loader do it again from the begining for the flash image as normal

tried that mate it just sticks at the error screen at the beginning no matter what i do not even an ip address comes up either

serial 232 is the only way out mate ............Paul

got it sorted problem was i had ethernet lead connected as well as serial cable so flashed it with only serial connected worked fine took 65 mins so thanks to everyone that tried to help it was appreciated
