Booting problem with my dm800hd

My dm800hd clone has stoped working
ive reflashed using both the built-in browser
also tried using dreamUP 1.3.3.4.
the reflash goes fine,but when its booting it just sticks on the loading bar right under booting on the screen as shown
im running NabiloBlackHole_DM800_0.11_Second Stage 69.
Also tried other firmware e.g release-dm800_20080912 Second stage 62
no luck to get it to boot fully,anybody got any idea whats wrong?
Ive flashed using serial cable and network flash both with same results.
the box was running fine ive not played with it for ages so ive not ~~~~ed it up installing
anything i shouldnt

Sometimes with a dm800 you have to " pull out the power cable and reinsert it quickly " a couple of times for it to boot properly.

sorry mate your idea not work anyone know how can i fix my dm i think no one know about this problem i read sum other forums and dont much help about this issue.
