How to Setup Monoblock LNB

Hello All
I need to setup Monoblock LNB in DM800 for these two satellites.
One is 95 E(NSS6) and second is 100.5E (Asiasat5)
Dish position is on NSS6 95E.

I have 4x1 Diseqc Switch.

Can anybody tell me step by step configuration
