Hi all

I have brought a DM800 HD and I've been reading so much stuff about **.

I was wondering if anyone could answer a question for me please. Can I just use a fixed dish rather than a motorised one? If I can anyone suggest a suitable (cheapish) set up I would be very grateful.

Also, what is the best direction to point the dish if you just want UK channels (**y)?

you can use a fixed dish. for sky uk you need to be pointed at 28.2e astra. also get the biggest dish you can afford

sky mini dish works good, if you see a sky van in your street , just ask the driver for a cash price to set you up. you may be lucky,
28.2e is where sky is.
