How do you set a password to login to the WI, PLi Jade had a config tab in the WI option to require login but cant see it on this.

PASSWORD CHANGE

change dm password (telent to box it will ask you to change password)
close telnet and http port in firewall
-Choose "Start" and "Run" in Windows, then enter telnet dreambox ip eg telnet 192.168.1.10
-Logon with your username and password (username is always root, password is dream from standard)
-Enter passwd ccccccccc
-Enter your new password again cccccccccc

I have changed the box default login, I mean when you login to the box WI from an external network.

I have been told there is a plugin for it i addons so i will have a look.

sorry m8, press the blue button then press blue again for dream settings, go to the web interface plugin and press ok. It should say press green x2. exit back to main tv screen and then press the green button twice and it should open up the web interface menu. Then just enable the authentication.

Been a bit of a headless chicken ast few days, with the PSU being dead then tying to many things at once . Then having to work.

Should have just phoned in sick for the week and spent time with the box
