I need help

I have bought a new DM800 Clone, REV M, but can?t get it to work. I have installed a lot of DM800, but this drives me crazy.
I have installed a Gemini 5.0 Patched and CCcam 2.14 and a working C-line. The same configuration is working on my other receiver (REV L3) in my house. I can?t open all the coded channels, but free to air channels is working and I have a good signal. My network is working and the C-line is working, but why will it not open the coded channels, Is there any difference in the setup, because it is the new M-tuner.

Are you sure you changed it to use the CCAM and its still not using the default emulator?

No should be the same mate
Make sure you have the correct cam running
Recheck your network settings
Make sure DHCP is enabled
Reboot Router and box
See if ip changes
Can you acsess the box via the web interface
Also dont run the same line on 2 boxes
At the same time ,Wont work ..................Paul

Network is ok,
CCcam 2.14 is running, not Common interface.
Ipadress is different from the other box I have.
I have 2 working C-lines and I do not use the same C-line in the both boxes. And both lines are working.
I normally do not have trouble with the setup in all the DM800 I have configurated, but this makes me trouble.

you restarting cccam , after entering new line ?

Yes, all these things I have tried many times. I am wondering if the CCam can cause the problem. I have downloaded it from dreamboxtool.com. When you install a new image there is no CCcam but can this be the wrong CCcam. Or can it be the wrong image to a bootloader 76 image. I can only see those two possible issues, which can be the problem. The reason that I have the box, is that another guy could not get it to work at his home and I have the exact same problem as him, even that I have reinstalled a new image

DM 500C unable to setup

Hi I received my Dreambox 500c today afternoon. I have been trying since to get it to work. I downloaded total spoonfed newbies guide to dreambox 500c but was no good. I am out of ideas please can someone help me

Today I have sent the receiver with a friend, so he could find out what is wrong. But he have the same problem, it will not work and he is also a "specialist" in Dm800. Do the latest versions of the clones with bootloader 76 and REV M tuner, need a special image or a special CCCa?"

My Dm800 Rev M came with CCcam Installed. I just had to enter my line and it worked fine
