Probs viewing keeps stopping & restarting

I have just bought a DM800HD clone box which I had problems with from the start setting it up to the router. I use a wifi connector so it links to my lynksys router.
It has just started to freeze to a blank screen for about 3 seconds then restart into the same program for 5 seconds then back off for another 5 seconds. but it misses out the 5 seconds viewing, This is on all channels even ones that I have recorded. Can anyone give me help please???

try wiring it into the router with ethernet cable , if its good , you know there is an issue with your wireless connection
