High Ram useage

Watching the carling cup final on BBC one HD. The screen has gone blank twice so I checked the system info and the RAM is at 96%!

What could be causing this? Can I install more RAM?

The RAM on my DM7025 is normally over 90% utilised, nothing to worry about really unless it goes to 100%. You could set up a swapfile if you're concerned about the amount of memory in use. Almost forgot, no you can't increase the amount of physical RAM.
