TM600 not booting

Hi, my TM600 is not booting up. The front panel shows the normal lines when booting but it is stuck like that for 15 mins. Any ideas how to fix this?

Personally i would get out the null modem cable and reflash the img, or try boot into the mini web and flash this way ... a lot faster.
