TM500 Flash Problem

ok i flashed the tm 500 super with the image here Digital Kaos - Downloads - Gemini -TM-500 SUPER-TM600_update.img.rar now it starts to boot and sticks at tv system pal no remote response tried to get into it ftp no luck using tcc pasword might be wrong tried root no pass any ideas

Its a Gemini image so the password is dreambox and not blank

thanks lads but no joy from either i searched on dcc for it the ip is ok it must be the password is there a dreamup for tm

won't boot m8 into image stops at settings only just flashed with gp thanks

Does it look totally dead or are you getting it past the bootloader stage?

tottally dead m8 all pic no sound will boot up to tv sys wizard thats it no remote response

Give me a minute I have dusted one down here and will take a look from my end, BIAB.

You can still flash via serial with TCC.

1. Hold the up button on the front of the TM500 while powering up
2. Put the TV on the correct AV/Ext for the TM500.
3. Select update, press the right button on the front of the TM500.
4. Load the bin file in TCC and then press OK on front of the TM500.
5. You should then see the firmware load.

its the best img i have used so far

the password was dreambox on that img ... how ever its still has bugs that have not been worked out. stick with the ur imgs m8. the others are only ur modified or dreambox ported and are all cr@p.

you need to be careful with some of those images when you flash them to a 500 super, remember there really a 600 image so on some of them only a 600 remote will work

i think your right m8 , had a little glimmer of hope by holding the stand by button i clicked factory reset it did the business , but still stops at the same point am looosing it thanks for your continued support
