TM 3000D Help

Hey ive been looking around but have unable to find what i was looking for and i would greatly appreciate if you might be able to help me.

So basically i have put the wrong channel list in my box and it loads up but just shows 0345. I did force flash firmware but i was told that did not affect the channel list. So im thinking if anyone would be able to provide the channel list for my TM 3000D Box that would be great.

If someone could even link me to some post or thread witih the TM 3000D channel list it would be much appreciated, i have been looking around few places but unable to find anything.
