Hey i've had my tm 500 super for 6 months and i was watching all sky channels but a couple of days ago all channels stop working i use an ethernet connection to watch sky and i need help!

did ur box come with a 'gift'?
have ALL your channels including fta stopped?
have you rebooted box and router?

just the subscription channels don't work BBC and that do work and i don't wanna pay loads of money i wanna fix it on here for freeComment

what shadyback is trying to say did you buy the box with the premium channels open on it?(preconfigured) the c-line allready in it,then you will have to contacted the seller of the box,you will not get those channels for free unless you're sharing cards with someone.the c-line server is more then likely down or overloaded.or maybe the sub. is finished.
