7 day epg on astra 28.2 east

for who can use the 7epg on astra 28.2 east channels like the
6000+7000 super series +5402
scan trp. 11.777 v 27.500 any tv channel on this transponder,will load the 7-epg on your stb go into epg mode on one of those channels and within a minute the epg will populate on almost all channels.(leave for a few minutes to get full)
for a fast 12 hr epg .scan. trp.11.469 h 27.500
go on any channel on this transponder go into epg mode and within 20seconds you will have 12 hrs epg on allmost all channels.
I renamed one channel "7-epg" and the other "fast-epg"
so no need to go into your radio channels

I was trying the radio channels but just noticed you said it will work with the tv channels on that transponder, also do I need to open the EPG while on that channel and leave it for a few minutes? As I was just viewing the channel expecting the EPG to load.

Go to the epg channel and then press epg, it will take anything between 30secs to 2 mins to load.

Managed to get this to work but the EPG resets whenever I turn the box off, is there anyway way to overcome this? I have a USB drive in the box but can't see a way to store the EPG on there?

No way to store the epg I'm afraid, tm have said they are working on it but it's never materialized. But it only takes a few seconds so it's not to much of a problem. Personally I just don't turn the box off, but in saying that I mess about with channel lists so it never lasts that long on the same channel list before some ~~~~er sees fit to change a channel tp for no reason
