i have a tm800 linex box and i cant get 1 west to clear but 28 east clears no problem on my old box tm6900 super it clears both sat has anyone got any idea what i can do

Need some more info. What dish are you using? Motorised? Are you getting a signal on 1w, but pay channels aren't clearing? Are you using a c:line?

i am using a 1 metre motorized dish and i am getting a signal on 1 west and i am using a c:line the c:line i am using clears on my tm6900 super but not on the tm800

Are you using two different c lines, 1 for 28.2 and 1 for the rest? It's possible your server provider detected a double login when you added the lines to the new box, or it could be an issue with your CAM. Try switching CAM versions.

i only use one box in at a time and i have contacted my suplier and there is no problem at their end as i have tried the tm6900 and it is working fine i have tried 3 differant cams with same result i have even tried differant images on the box same result 1 west will not clear
