TM-6902HD-T2 Super - Problem

Hey guys,

recently my TM-6902HD-T2 Super and i received a really bad problem,

My screen is frozen on the channel selection, it fails to move from any channel and any button on the remote does not do anything. I have restarted it and it still starts up on the same exact screen.

I have numerously pulled out the plug and everything and it still doesnt work.

What shall i do?

reload original firmware with a null modem lead and the tm loader Download center
turn off reciever at the back connect to computer with null modem lead start tm loader click on the right firmware and start loading then turn on the reciever,leave it loading untill it reaches 100%. click here for original firmware Download center
when loading a new patch always backup your channellist first then
1.do a factory reset
2.load original firmware
3.do factory reset
4.load latest patch
5.do factory reset
6.put back on your channellist
7. then rescan all sats in use
this should reduce the chance of any old patches bits remaining in the memory of your tm and jinx it.
