tm5300d+usb super problem

Hi all,
Need some advise on the tm5300d,I'm missing quite a few channels
ie movies4men/horror channel and others.
Can pick them all on my tm 6800hd receiver though.
Any Ideas.....Cheers

did you do a rescan lately
the frequencies on those channels do change from time to time

Yer rescanned today but still same,I have a patch from sept 09. Should I install phantompatch 147p 12/1/11 ????

you can try that but i don't think that will make any difference
the tuner on the 5300 would not be as sensitive as on the 6800
as far as i know ,if they worked fine before maybe the dish is a bit out of alignment or lnb dirty or old and needs upgrading

Cheers,will try the patch and if no diff will look at the dish.

i have same box & have no problems picking up any of those channels have you checked if anything else is working on those tp,s
