Technomate TM-5200 with sky dish

Guys I'm thinking to buy this box, I have a sky dish at home and I would like to know if using this dish I can watch any football that start at 3pm.

How does it works, I have looked everywhere but cant understand, I know that is using the net, do I have to pay for it?
Do you now a cheap box that can do it, I dont need hd.

for a payserver you would have to pay that would be a lot cheaper then normal, there is cheaper non hdboxes around that could do it but i think the tm5402hd is a great price for a hd box that is fairly simple to setup with internet connected you would have you tube and divx player and lots of other extra's like 7-day epg name only on astra 28.2 east and 7-day full info on freesat uk and you could set it up for motorised dish fairly easy to get the most out of cs. but it all depends on how much your willing to spend
i think non hd boxes around ?80 -?100 for cs
