TM5402 - Free HD Channels " Bad Signal "

Hi All

My 1st post as I am a newbie to Sat systems and only got my TM5402 HD yesterday.

Just umplugged my Sky box and plugged in new TM5402 did scan and all looking good aprt from

Channel 4 and 5 HD Not listed
BBCHD and BBC one HD - Bad or No signal message. Signall strength showing at 93% though.

Any ideas please.

welcome to dk. firstly delete the mentioned channels and then you could try a blind scan to find the required channels... if this doesnt work then try a single transponder scan on these frequencies...

bbc hd/bbc one hd.. 10.847.v.dvbs2/qpsk. 23000. 8/9
ch4 hd 12.607.v. dvbs2/mpeg4.qpsk. 27500. 3/4
ch5 hd 12.226.h. dvbs2/qpsk. 29500. 3/4 encrypted in n*s.

I now have BBC one Hd and BBC hd working..

But thats it I managed to delete all other channels. Getting there slowly !
