Technomate TM 500 Super

Please help i have had the Technomate TM500 super for a year now and enjoyed all the sports package and adult pack.But unfortunately everything is gone . How can i restore this or get all channels back. please hope yu dont mind my language as i am a newbie on here.

you must have bought it preconfigured you did not put c-line in yourself? Contact your seller
