The latest patch 115p was making my box scramble and freeze even more so had to revert back to 111p which is a bit more stable for CS.
The box still scrambles though with the line connected.. very erratic!
I have 20mb line with VM and using a netgear router.. beginning to think I should of bought a different box... freeview channels work fine though.

1.11p is still unstable with the netgear router you need to go back to an earlier patch say 1.09 and below, A customer of mine had the same problem until i put an earlier patch on then everything was aok.

Did you ever resolve this issue, I've got the same receiver and like you I'm having the very same issues however it only happens on my HD line, I was given a seperate cline with just the SD package on it and that works flawless

Well after suffering a lot of scrambling problems on all patches I decided to check my netgear router and changed the ethernet cable from port 4 to port 1 and that seems to have done the trick. I can now run patch 115 with a lot less scrambling.. also my power upstream levels were high and managed to get them down a bit which has also helped out. I have also put my superhub into modem mode but not sure if that has made much difference.
