TM3500 D+USB PVR ERROR

I download update software from technomate website and update the device. Now all the channels are missing and cannot find the satellite. What should I do now? The original software is 2007 version and I download both TM-3150-3500D Series V2.14-10-Aug-2010.zip and TM-3150 USB @TM3500 D+USB Software. None of them works.

And the tv screen is darker than before and also with strange color. Is this something wrong with PAL or NTSC? Please help me, thanks!

is the box dead?if so.are you on a fixed dish?try this forced download you will need a null modem cable to do this.read instructions 1st .you may need more posts to enable downloading.

did you back up your channellist and are you able to get in your menu or switch of tm at the back and hold the menu button at the front while switching back keep holding untill the loadermenu comes up and you could do a factory reset there
