    Something wrong here

Just bought a new technomate dish and TM-2300Super diseqc H-H motor the problem is pointing south dish is fine and can get good pictures as far as 28E but as you move it east or west the dish moves but goes at an angle so when it is at 28E the technomate sign on the dish and the LNB is sideways on.All brackets are square and angles are fitted as per instructions checked double checked and checked again can not get any signal past 28E because the dish looks like it is nose diving to the ground.Any ideas what could be wrong
    Thanks

No dish and LNB both move in an arc untill tech/sign and LNB are vertical pointing down

the dish needs to follow the curve of the satellite arc round the equator so will cant over as you move to sats that are low on the horizon, you dont say exactly what sats other than 28.2 east you can get but it sounds like your still not aligned properly.IF you you have a clear view of the southern sky you should have no problem getting from 45E to 30W.double check your mounting pole is 100% plumb and your dish is mounted dead central on the motor spigot, make sure your location latitude is set correctly on the motor and if using usals the same lat is in your box along with your longitude.then using usals send the dish to your target sat and move the whole motor/dish assembly L/R and the dish only up/down to get max signal.if you have done every thing accurately you will track the arc and pick up all the main sats.I have used Technomate motors without trouble for some time.lnb should have zero skew and once set the latitude on the motor should not need moving again but the dish elevation might as you can not just set this angle you need to adjust it for max signal.
