Can anyone help me ive got the above receiver and when i brought it 6weeks ago i could get quite a few channels but now most have dissapeared what do i do to update the software

I think you are after digitv.. Recently they have been rolling keys and the au within the receiver has started to malfunction... Turn the au off.. I have no idea how to do so but i think its..menu>system info>cas menu and there you should be able to turn au off...you will then have to download the latest softcam and use it unless you want to manually sort them out.. Line 20 and 21 should be correct but you will have to change line 10 and 11
