    new and help needed

Hi I've recently bought a 5200 super and can't get it to pick up any channels (connected to an old sky dish). It shows the quality as between 20 -22% for all satellites and the level as between 50 - 92% changing constantly. Is this just weak or should I check the connection? Thanks

if you have it connected to an old sky dish you will only be able to have signal on astra2 28.2 and eurobird.you will have actualy no signal on any other sat unless the dish is out of line if you have one lnb you can only pick up signal of one sat and sometimes two if they are close together . so in the system setup only focus on astra2 28.2 East + eurobird1 do a scan on these sats this should give you the freesat line up anyway
like bbc's and itv's and more if you can't get them your dish is out of lign or the lnb might be defected and make sure the cable is okay.

when you say old sky dish, how old? its not one of the early analogue (roughly round) ones is it?if so its pointing to 19E.and will need a universal lnb.if its a mini oval dish as thijs has said only 28.2/5E will be available and you will get nothing by selecting any other sats in the TM5200.
