    its new to me

hi all, maybe someone can anwser a few questions for me (im new to sat scene) anyway after a few weeks of tweeking dishes and messin around with the reciever (ive got loads of sats now..... oh sorry folks forgot to say 90cm dish motorized and tm1500 super. ive pached with darkman loader and keys still not workin for me, but just found out keys out of date. anyway id just like to ask how long do the softkey updates last/ need upgrading......and how many chanels does it open up and which ones. also can you load multipull softcams or do they get overwritten. its probally obvious to you seasoned satbods but to me im struggling to come to terms with it. HELP lips

always load the latest softcam which will overwrite the one you have in.how long they last is anyones guess.at the moment technomate softcams are opening some bulsat channels on 39E about 17.and on 19E about 20 cn/digitaal channels and a few orf/austria sat.arqiva on 4.8E will give about 8 channels plus one or two others here and there.some patches on some technomates will not open bulsat and cn/digitaal at the same time but I think the 1000 series are ok,patch 315p is the latest for your box I believe.I have sent to-days s/cam thanks to "technomaker" but when the channels go down there is no guarantee when new keys will be available.

I dont know about your "softcam editor"but if you load the latest softcam I"ve posted in the technomate softcam section you will be ok there will be no need to edit it,and will have all you can get via s/cam and wont harm your box.

you can open the softcam with "notepad"if you wish to see whats on it,right click and scroll to "open with"> notepad you can also edit it but there is no point as new softcams will be available once the keys are known.
