Technomate TM5402 HD Cl+ help needed

Sorry Repeated in general forum! Sorry new to site

I am new to all this tecno stuff especially with satelitte equipment! I live in the republic of Mancunia, The city of Champions.

Anyways enough of the footy banter! I have just bought and had installed a Tecnomate TM5402 HD Ci + motorised system.

The engineer came out fitted the equipment and showed me the the pictures working, Got paid and done one!

The problem i have is as follows...

1.. I am being told that i need to update my box for it to carry on working to its maximum protencial???

2.. How do i know and select programmes and put them into an easy to use favorite page?

3..I have sports and a few movies, How do i get the box office movies (that if you can)

4.. The supplier i used tells me i have to pay him x amount every year for me to keep getting the package? The thing is (pardon my ignorance) I don,t have a pre pay card, All that it is , is that i have had my system connected to my wireless router, So how does he monitor who is up for subs? He does not have my telephone number? His he pulling a fast one?

5...Please help me in child mode into how i can add transponders to my box! I am looking for more footy channels, movies.

    Thank you all in advance

I asume you only have the astra 28.2 channels so try upload the channellist from Download center wich would be more up to date

He's obvviously fitted you a FTA system (if fixed on 28 East)
& you can then watch FTA HD channels.

I think he is saying that if you want to open the "pay" channels, then you need to contact him & pay him ? X X X
a year for those channels to open, probably meaning sly.

So, so far, he has charged you for a FTA HD box & fitting service. Nothing wrong with that really depending how much ofcourse.

You may need to patch the box as mentioned & if you have a motorised system, you will be able to open some channels on one or two satellites if you have patched the box & added the latest keys.

You should contact him to ask about it's FULL potential.

              Good luck

Just answering the original post at the top of the page.

Not my concern if somebody hijacks it.
