technomate no or bad signal

sorry if this question has already been asked.
i recently got a technomate box to show all sky channels. however on some channels i get no or bad signal. i have checked all connections to the dish as well.
what should i do?

get your dish realinged

try rescanning the active transponders, and make sure the lnb is ok by testing with a sly box

HI. When you get the 'NO OR BAD SIGNAL' it means one of the following:
a) Dish out of alignment.
b) channel(s) have left satellite or have new frequency.
c) Cable in receiver , motor or LNB may be loose.
If you say connections are all ok then check if channels are still available on the satellite or try the following. Check the signal for the frequency of the channel(s) you are trying to get. You will need to go into INSTALLATION menu for this. Regards.
