TV Vlaanderen no picture

Hi All
I've got a technomate 5402 with a tv vlaanderen card and a canaal digitaal/tv vlaanderen cam.I've asked an on line activation of my card but up to now no picture. I did have my card tested in a tv vlaanderen dealership and the card does work so the card is fine. Please help

what patch are you using i saw someone with the same problem before but when he updated patch and rescaned the channel it was working fine again i would use the canaal digitaal card and would be similair and they keep changing the way of broadcasting a lot with the premium channels to try and stop c.s. but usualy firmware/patch update + rescan solves this
