PROBLEM INSTALLING C***M ON MY NEW TM 5402 HD

Can anyone please help.

I have just purchased a new TM 5402 hd and am trying to install my c**am software.

As far as I know I have installed the latest patch with the addon, also the c**am software, but for some reason when I press 8281 the status tells me it is disconnected.

Although on the server list the active shown on, even pressing the red button makes no difference.

My friend who is also a member of your forum was helping me but I cannot get it to connect.

I had it working with my Spiderbox before it went faulty.

Any help please as I have a big football week ahead.

dont think you can install cccam software on one of these , you definitely cant on the blade , only on a linux box

this box is more like your spiderbox , and you may be able to install a cfg file if its been amended correctly , or add by remote control like on the spiderbox

best to check you have all the exact details in the srvr menu , no spaces or typos , and check the box has a valid ip from your router and the ethernet port led`s are lighting up showing a good LAN connection
